Preceded in death by parents Clyde V Ball & Clara Belle Campbell Ball. Survived by his wife Betty Roberts Ball, children Pamela Ball, Timothy Ball (spouse Diana, children Alisha, Brinna, Cerina), Thomas Ball (spouse Priscilla, children Sarah, Travis), and Penne Funk (spouse Frederick Hugh, children Christian, Spencer), and his siblings Vernelle Hoskins, Eleene Flenniken, and Charles Ball and their families.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 26th from 6 - 8 PM at Harrell Funeral Home, 100 Heritage Dr and Hwy 290W, Dripping Springs. A service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday July 27th at the Dripping Springs Church of Christ.

I did not know LTC Ball before he passed away but got to know him through his family while buying his Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter 1500 motorcycle. LTC Ball was quite the gentleman & leader so I wanted to send you his obituary & a pic of him in Vietnam with his "chicken plate" in hand posing before an OH-6 scout bird. LTC Ball spent the last few years of his life as caretaker his wife who suffered a debilitating stroke.
