More detail on this person: Bobby L. Baker, 88, of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away peacefully on February 27, 2022. He was born to the late Melvin and Clara Baker on May 10th, 1933 in Crockett County, Tennessee. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Laverne Elmore. Bobby was a devout Christian and member of Ellendale Methodist Church. He was a faithful servant of the Lord and served his church in many capacities. He, along with 2 of his partners started their own business. His partners and employees were treated like family. Bobby was known for helping anyone he met. He was always full of positive energy, full of integrity, and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be missed by everyone who knew him. Bobby is survived by his wife of 70 years, Mary Baker; his daughter, Amanda Turner (Jeff); and his grandsons, Matthew, Cameron, and Colton Turner. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research hospital or to Ellendale Methodist Church. Family will receive friends from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday, March 6th at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will be at 10:00am on Monday, March 7th at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN.
