I was unable to confirm location or cause of
death, and I don't know where the 1971 Oil Rig
Helo Crash came from. He did not take the orders
to NAS Lemoore, CA, but left the Navy instead
after HA(L)-3. He died just over 8 months later
on 21 Jun 1971. No information yet on the crash
that killed him.
