More detail on this person: That is sad! When I spoke to him at our meeting in October about obtaining a UH-1 for Wings he seemed ok. Not in great health with his one major illness but not all that bad as I recall. You just never know how a person is really doing just by looking at him. My condolences to his wife. from Terry Olson On 12/08/2025 9:47 AM MST 'Dale House' via Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association - Rocky Mountain Chapter wrote: I received notification over the weekend that Ed Carroll has passed away. He joined our Chapter in October, 2024 after moving from Arizona. He was active with the Arizona Chapter of the Army Heritage Foundation in Mesa and became our liaison. He became very animated when sharing His experience with supporting the Navy's HAL 3 and the River Boat activity on the Mekong River Delta with the Mobile Riverine Forces, 9 Inf Division. I will send a condolence card on our behalf to his wife Barbara. from Dale House
