More detail on this person: Mr. Earl Wayne Capps, Jr., age 54, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Monday, August 1, 2005, at his residence in Lewisburg, Ky.

Mr. Capps, Jr. was President of Kipp Transportation. He was a Kentucky Colonel and a member of the VFW, American Legion, Ghostriders Assoc. and the Vietnam Helicopter Pilot Assoc. He Served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He took part in the extraction of Firebase "Ripcord" and Lam Son 719.He received a Bronze Star, DFC and 2 Distinquished Service Crosses.
