More detail on this person: David Dood MARCO ISLAND, Fla. -- David Dood, 60, of Marco Island, formerly of Fayetteville, N.C., died Friday, June 6, 2003. Mr. Dood served in the Army for 20 years before retiring in 1984. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and was in the Special Forces. Services will be held at a later date on Fort Bragg, N.C. Arrangements are being handled by The Beachwood Society Inc. of Naples. Mr. Dood is survived by his wife, Yu Yun Dood of Raleigh, N.C.; three sons, Andrei Dood and Michael Dood, both of Raleigh, and Eric Dood of Marco Island; and a daughter, Amanda Dood of Raleigh.
