More detail on this person: Rog and I were
MTPs and recovery ash and trash guys with 142nd
TC DS on Red Beach, Danang during 69-70. He
was a 1st Lt. then and later flew with the 1st
group of Silver Eagles. After he got out he went
to Bluefield WV had interest in an FBO then got a
corporate job. I visited him somewhere between 81
and 84 when I was on my way to Ft. Pickett, VA for
LOGEX, I was in a reserve unit then. He had a
wonderful wife and 2 young sons. My heart is
greatly broken for he was a great guy and at one
time I taught him all I knew about house building
so he could supervise building a house for an
orphanage. I wish I had a contact to his family
but I don't. I wish I knew someone in the
organization who did.
