More detail on this person: CW3 (Ret.) Carl Edwin Midkiff, 83, of Radcliff, KY, died Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at home. He served two tours in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot; he was a member of VFW Post 10281 and was a flight simulator instructor on Ft. Knox. He is survived by his wife, Ingeborg M. Midkiff of Radcliff; three children, Carol Midkiff of Radcliff, Tammy (Tim) Grammel of Fairfax, VA and Tommy (Rebecca) Midkiff of Cincinnati, OH; five grandchildren, Shannon, Betsy, Andrew, Jessica and Haley. Services were private. Burial was in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff with military honors.
