his Viewing Wednesday eve, 7 to 9 P.M., and Thursday morning, after 10 A.M., RUFFENACH

Frank was a bit changed after his crash with Vic near Tuy Hoa. He spent the night inside the
helicopter with his leg pinned by the console, they got him out the next day and one of the recovery
guys fell out of the helicopter and died in the process if I remember correctly. I remember a few
months later he kept trying to start fights in the O Club with some of the SF guys. He was a short
little guy so that was probably a bad set of ideas. I never saw him much because we were in
different platoons but I was at Tuy Hoa (Phu Hiep) when he crashed, I was still in Bandits at that
time.
