More detail on this person: Frank L Mathias Husband of Julene E CRADDOCK, married 09 February 1968, Tulare, California, divorced Sept, 1969, Monterey County California. Warrant Officer Mathias is one of two killed when their Bell OH-58A Kiowa helicopter crashed in Chungcheon, South Korea while en route to Camp Page from K-16 Airbase on a routine administrative flight. He was piloting Capt. Kenneth M. Cox. They are not included on the Vietnam Memorial because they were killed elsewhere. WO Mathias is represented on the Remembrance Rug by symbol #5584
