War Story:
George Lakey was killed on a VIP mission, single piloted, single crewed Completing the mission and ready to return to base, he was asked by a Col. and SGM to return them to the field, they directed him into the wrong position. RPG up the tailpipe, only a white spot on the hillside. From: Dan Koch
