Accident Summary:
Aircraft 64-14047 and UH-1B 65-09486 were involved in a mid-air collision. Aircraft 047 took off in a northwest heading, aircraft 486 had taken off in a westerly heading and made a right turn to a nowthwest heading. This put the aircraft on a collison course which resulted in a mid-air collison. Both aircraft crashed and burned.
