Description: The Command Chronology states that HMM-364 flew 89 sorites for 34.8 flight hours, lifting 7.8 tons of cargo and 34 troops/passengers. 11 medevac missions carried 19 emergency, 10 priority and 4 routine evacuees in support of the following operations and units: Oklahoma Hills, 1st Mar Div, and MAG-16. Four fire incidents were reported with no aircraft receiving hits. YK-16 broke up in flight, crashed with 4 KIAs. In the Casualties for the month section: 1LT Barnes, 1LT Bosbery, SSG Barnhart, and SGT Meeks as KIA.
